Sept 5 is Tomorrow! I’M-POSSIBLE Hackathon Opening Ceremony & Orientation Meeting

Dear All,

 

I'M-POSSIBLE Hackathon will kick off tomorrow with the Opening Event and Orientation! 

Please register in advance and join us!

 

Date : 5 September (Sun)
Time : 09:00-10:45 ISR (15:00-16:45 JST)
Schedule : 09:00-10:00 Opening Event
・Speaker: Paralympians - Pascale Noa Bercovitch and Monika Seryu (Video) - and more
       10:00-10:45 Hackathon Orientation
 

Language Support:

・Simultaneous Japanese/English interpretation

・Japanese and English Captions

・Hebrew Sign language

The opening ceremony is open to everyone.

Are you interested in trying Hackathon in the future, in hiring people with disabilities in your company, and so on?  Anyone interested are all welcome to attend.

As for the online platform Discord (communication tool for participants), it will be explained during the orientation.

We will explain how to register on Discord in the orientation so you can begin communication after the orientation.

If you cannot register from https://discord.com/invite/QX63MaCUAX, please try the following steps:

　① Register Discord with ID and Password from https://discord.com/

　② Open Discord on the web browser on your PC or download and open Discord App on your mobile.

　③ First, create an account, then JOIN the I’M-POSSIBLE server. Here is “How to Join a Server” guide (https://bit.ly/2WUcGQv).

 

【If you already have a Discord account】

　Open Discord on your mobile or PC and check if there is any message.

 

<Video Archive>

If you can't make it to the opening ceremony and/or orientation, don’t worry. Both events will be video recorded and archived in our dedicated YouTube channel later.
